it's free. however the only thing you have to deal with is a suggestion banner that opens up when you power up your pc. dont worrie about it. it only pops up once every boot up. dont think it's spy wear. they just wanna sell yah the program and like 98% of the time you cant do anything in 10 sec of boot up.
after that you can go to the windowblinds section and download themes.
